The five temperaments can help us to build a bridge, especially in these challenging times, when there is a great lack of understanding towards the other and society seems divided. We will examine the 4 classic temperaments, choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic and melancholic, and discover their power in the fifth temperament.

As part of its offerings in foundational studies, Center for Anthroposophy (CfA) is expanding its online Explorations program to include participants from around the world.

Registration is now open for our third round of Explorations Online. This foundational course––conducted “live” to allow for active conversations–is designed to offer a meaningful and practical way for students to deepen their understanding of basic anthroposophy and the arts, while at the same time exploring contemporary issues in our schools and today’s society.

Waldorf education is uniquely positioned to bring healing and strength to young people and those who care for them. And yet, in order to be effective as agents of healing, Waldorf schools need to have effective Waldorf teachers.

In light of this need, the Center for Anthroposophy (CfA) is launching a new cycle of its “Explorations” program with specific emphasis on Waldorf high school education.

Part 2 of 4: The Spikenard Method, an Online Webinar by Spikenard Farm Honeybee Sanctuary, Floyd, VA

The Spikenard’s basic class in biodynamic/sustainable beekeeping methods will offer in-depth advice for those who want to have bees and for those who had bees and want to start again.
Participants will learn about the honeybee as a creative and life-supporting insect and about beekeeping methods that honor her very own needs.

ONLINE ZOOM CONFERENCE

The Zoom Call in English will take place within the conference at the Goetheanum. This meeting shall build up on last year’s encounter and strengthen our common endeavor. According to our understanding: The Social Sciences Section is not just at the Goetheanum in Dornach. The section is worldwide. It lives through the inner work and the striving, connection and cooperation of a growing number of free individuals around the world with the wish of working together on the basis of anthroposophy to understand, meet and – if possible – contribute to the solution of the urgent social questions of our time.

These are the most crucial issues, and the most troubling, that beset anthroposophy at the present time. After much deliberation and research, Frederick Amrine believes he has broken through on all these issues, although one question remains unanswered, and is probably unanswerable, with regard to racism. He will deliver his findings as succinctly as possible.
