AN ONLINE WORKSHOP WITH ANNE DE WILD (Center for Biography and Social Art)

The five temperaments can help us to build a bridge, especially in these challenging times, when there is a great lack of understanding towards the other and society seems divided. We will examine the 4 classic temperaments, choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic and melancholic, and discover their power in the fifth temperament.

Anne de Wild is a naturopath and biography worker in private practice in Basel, Switzerland. She is the mother of four adult children. In 2019 she graduated from the Center for Biography and Social Art with, among others, Chris Burke, Professor of Psychology at Lehigh University. After the training they started to create courses and lectures together. In 2020 they founded The Hummingbird Principle, LLC as a foundation for biography work to take it out into the world. They are currently in their second year teaching in the Applied Anthroposophy program and are finalizing their first book: “The Hummingbird Principle.”

The subject of temperaments has accompanied Anne de Wild for over 10 years. She finished her foundation year of anthroposophy at the Goetheanum with a thesis on the 5 temperaments. Knowledge of temperaments can contribute to peaceful coexistence.
