A DAY ON THE FARM BY TREETOP JOURNEYS: Learn, get your hands dirty, and feast on a 5-course farm-to-table dinner!
The day will begin with guests departing the city at 9 a.m., arriving at Threefold Community Farm by 11 a.m., where they’ll be greeted with a scenic tour of the grounds from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
After a light lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m., attendees will roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with volunteering activities, working alongside farmers to experience sustainable agriculture firsthand. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., they’ll engage in tasks like harvesting produce, learning about medicinal herbs, or composting, deepening their connection to the land.
As the sun begins to set, the group will gather for a beautiful farm-to-table dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., prepared by Chef Caroline Güntert using fresh produce from the farm.
To make this day even more intentional and special, we’ve partnered with Hudson Wilder to add an extra touch of class to our table setting.
Guests will depart at 7 p.m., after a day filled with education, hands-on experience, and community.
