WITH JENNIFER BROOKS QUINN

As we step into the new year 2023, we may find we need to draw new courage from within ourselves to make necessary or long awaited changes in our lives and to meet what is coming towards us from the future. By looking back and revisiting the various times in our lives where we had to draw up courage to continue on, or to go forth into the unknown, we will uncover the sources of that strength and how it can now replenish and support us now.

Jennifer Brooks-Quinn is a counselor, adult educator and Waldorf high school teacher with a private counseling and consulting practice. In addition to her extensive work in Waldorf education and anthroposophical studies, she also has completed training in biography counseling and psychosynthesis. She has been the director and a faculty member of Foundation Studies in Anthroposophy in Spring Valley, NY and Brooklyn, NY. She has facilitated Biography and Social Art workshops both domestically and abroad in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Taiwan and China.

The cost for the workshop is at a sliding scale of $25.00 – $100.00

Each workshop on Zoom includes small group exercises and reflections shared in the full group. We will use artistic and imaginative exercises to open up biographical experiences. And, we will practice listening deeply.

Our monthly workshops are not recorded.
