Nourishing Gatherings: The Theory and Practice of Creating Child and Caregiver Programs

To be a teacher of a child and caregiver class requires creativity and flexibility in order to balance the needs of both children and adults. Being part of these classes can be a life-changing experience for parents with very young children, and that joining such a gathering is often a first step into a Waldorf community that can build lifelong friendships and open many doors.

Waldorf child and caregiver programs are opportunities to support families with very young children. Come this summer to spend time studying the possibilities of shaping these classes. There will be exploring and deepening the understanding of working with the dynamics of adults and children together and also focus on practical skills, such as storytelling and circle.

Program Leader: Kate Hammond.
Singing with Christiaan Boele, speech with Christine Burke, and eurythmy with Karen Gallagher.
