FALL 2022: INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES

Participants will gain an understanding of a variety of instructional strategies designed to meet the learning styles of a diverse classroom and will come to understand brain-based learning through the lens of culturally responsive teaching. The course will cover approaches to presenting materials in the classroom with a study of the increasing research base supporting models of instruction, learning styles, motivational techniques, and effective classroom management techniques.
