This professional development low-residency program is for independent and public Waldorf school administrators, staff, trustees, pedagogical leaders, and parents who wish to serve their school in present or future leadership roles. It provides training that builds skills, capacities, and understanding of the vital roles administrators and pedagogical leaders serve in Waldorf schools. The program includes workshops, case studies, karmic exercises, and presentations in areas such as group dynamics, role clarity, communication, conflict resolution, navigating change, decision making, community development, and collaborative leadership.
