As we prepare for each cycle of reincarnation, our soul must build for itself the temple of the body in a form suitable for the changing conditions we meet each lifetime on the earth. With the help of great spiritual beings, we call upon the gifts of the heavenly world to bestow upon us the archetypes we will need to align our destiny with exactly what we will need for our life on earth. From this perspective, life on each becomes infinitely precious, infinitely valuable.

Karl König discovered his will to heal at an early age against the backdrop of the darkest period of European history. The need to choose between a medical or musical career led in the end to him combining his artistic and healing abilities, giving many indications that are more than pertinent for today. His practical implications in the “social experiment” of the Camphill Movement were just a beginning – a seed, so he said. It seems important to let this seed grow now in a world that needs healing on so many levels – even more so than 100 years ago! This task the Karl König Institute has taken on.

Through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts, this workshop explores how decisions are made and who makes them, while also examining emergent strategies, power structures, and cultural assumptions.
