Unlocking National Struggles through England and India as a Prototype

Every few years, a new wave of convulsions hit the global stage as countries clash and innocents pay the price. How do we come to understand this process with the help of anthroposophy? What can we learn from the history of these clashes, especially through the lens of the relation of England and India? It is only when we can grasp these realities to some extent in a methodical scientific way that we can productively participate in different human communities. This talk will explore this terrain and sketch some pathways of engagement that we can apply.

Gopi Krishna Vijaya is from Bangalore, India. He has completed his undergraduate physics training from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (India), and his PhD in Physics (Solar Energy) from the University of Houston (USA) in 2014. He is currently engaged in the study of the Reciprocal System of Physics – a way to inculcate Goethean thought into modern physics – in Salt Lake City, USA.
