First Class Lesson Research Colloquium: Exploring New Forms of Working (Blue Card holders only)
This August 17-19th, Threefold Foundation invites Claus-Peter Roeh to lead a Research Colloquium on new forms of holding the First Class Lessons of the Michael School. Over two days, we will develop our understanding of Class Lesson Six in different ways: a free holding (rendering), eurythmy performances as introductions to class work, a eurythmy workshop, a visual arts workshop, and a class conversation. These preparations will lead to a Class Lesson on the final day, which will be given with the responsibility of all members present, a “free group holding” in a circle. The intention for the free group holding is to better utilize the cognitive ritual, given as the cultus of the Anthroposophical Society, in the First Class of the Michael School.
We ask all participants to live with the turning points and counter movements of the sixth lesson beforehand and to bring questions into the work of the colloquium.
Preparatory Group: Claus-Peter Röh, Ezra Sullivan, Thomas O’Keefe, Dorothea Mier, Virginia Herman, Sea-Anna Vasilas, Cameron MacArthur, Laura Summer, Bonnie Manacas, Judith Brockway, Rafael (Ray) Manaças
