Sports or Academics? Science or Religion? How can we move away from a binary point of view?
Starting from a look at the first three years of a young child, we will move into the elementary grades and teenager years, coming to a threefold image that applies to anyone. Participants will be encouraged to look at themselves to see how their own standpoint can become more balanced, integrating the different aspects of self. Adults capable of facing their own complexity have more chances of seeing their children as unique individuals, separating themselves and taking care of their own difficulties, instead of projecting their wishes for a better life onto their children.
