The Foundation Stone as a Cosmic Inscription

A WORKSHOP BY MARY STEWART ADAMS AND LAURA SUMMER

This year, April 20th marks the 99th anniversary of the “Foundation Stone Eurythmy Deed.” There are many ways to approach the Foundation Stone Meditation, and in this workshop, we will consider it as a Cosmic Inscription. Through lecture, conversation, and artistic engagement, we will explore how the Foundation Stone can illumine and strengthen us in our destiny tasks, as individuals, and in our community.

Mary Stewart Adams is a member of the General Council of the Anthroposophical Society
in America and a Star Lore Historian. Through her original research brings an extensive
background in mythology and contemporary astronomy into a spiritual perspective.

Laura Summer is co-founder of Free Columbia in Philmont, NY. She has been working with questions of color and contemporary art for the past 30 years, and many of us had a good fortune to experience her classes, exhibits and Art Dispersals.
