We’ll focus on the glow of the stars as the sun moves into each of the constellations, following the astrosophical calendar, including moving the consonants and the Zodiac gestures per constellation, a poem that fits the mood, and some basic speech eurythmy.
Engage in mindful connection with others through the warmth of the human heart. Tune into the wisdom of your Soul. Nurture your life forces with harmonious movement art of eurythmy: a spiritual practice, a healing art, and a creative expression.
Open to all who can walk. No prior movement experience is needed. We’ll simply breathe and flow in harmony with the sound and each other.
