ONLINE EURYTHMY WEBINAR WITH BARBARA BRESETTE-MILLS
Join us for a special 4-week series with beloved eurythmy therapist Barbara Bresette-Mills to start the new year with health. January can be a time when we experience the let-down after the holiday season, the stress of getting back into daily life, or entering a new year of expectations or uncertainties.
You may have filled your December with rituals of light and warmth. Let us carry the qualities of light into the new year as sustenance and strength for our being. In these sessions, we will explore qualities of light through eurythmy gestures, movement, and a verse by Rudolf Steiner. Together they will help us connect with the outer light of spirit and the inner light of heart.
All classes are offered freely, but you are encouraged to participate in our energy exchange. In acknowledgement of the widely varying financial situations of all people, there is no fixed price for this work, but we suggest a donation of $10-$30 for each eurythmy webinar or anthroposophy lecture class, or $50-$150 per series.
