Seven Conditions: The Path for Creating a Healthy, Joyful Inner Life

ONLINE WORKSHOP BY BECKY RUTHERFORD, OFFERED BY CENTER FOR BIOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL ART

Rudolf Steiner offered 7 points leading to health, truth and effectiveness in our day to day life. In this workshop we will review, consider and engage with these conditions through conversation, journaling and art work. Participants will create a pocket journal to act as a support for working with the conditions.

Each workshop on Zoom includes small group exercises and reflections shared in the full group. We will use artistic and imaginative exercises to open up biographical experiences. And, we will practice listening deeply.

Becky Rutherford, MS, is an Art Therapist, Special Education teacher and Curative Educator with over 4 decades of experience in bringing artistic activity in support of personal inner development. She serves (emerita) on the collegium of Camphill Academy and is active in national and international work for training in Early Childhood Education, Curative Education, Social Therapy, and Community Building.
