INTRODUCING NEW PROGRAM FOR TRAINING WALDORF MENTORS
Center for Anthroposophy is excited to announce the launch of Pedagogical Mentoring in Partnership Training, a new low-residency certificate program designed for seasoned Waldorf teachers. This ten-month program offers a comprehensive approach to deepening one’s own capacities in order to mentor practicing teachers in our schools today.
The Pedagogical Mentoring in Partnership Training is an AWSNA Prototype Program, offering guidelines, inspirations, and best practices to support new and developing teachers today and into the future. Through this training, participants will engage in the art of mindful connections, learning to support new teachers in their schools with compassion, understanding, and interest.
Program participants will come together once a month on Saturdays to work in collaboration with a team of mentors in all phases of Waldorf education: early childhood, grades, high school, and special subjects.
Pedagogical Mentoring in Partnership Training begins on Saturday, January 13, 2024, and concludes on Saturday, November 16, 2024. A week-long in-person residency midway through the program will be held at High Mowing School in Wilton, NH, from June 30 – July 5, 2024, in conjunction with CfA’s summertime Renewal Courses.
Registration for this program is now opened! Because available spots will be limited, eligible candidates are encouraged to apply early to secure a place in this program.
