A PRESENTATION BY TOM ALTGELT

We will seek to get a brief overview of the Foundation Stone Meditation’s (FSM) four panels. We will then touch on the significance of its seven fold rhythms, with an emphasis on the Thursday and Friday rhythms. We will start “from the thought that the entire Foundation Stone Meditation can create in us a new spiritual body.” In that context we will begin to look into the paradoxical mysteries of the third panel.

Tom Altgelt has worked for well over two decades with the FSM and its sevenfold rhythms. He was asked earlier this year to present his reflections on the third panel at the Canadian Anthroposophical Festival “That good may become.” About twenty years ago, he organized the Holy Nights in Boulder, Colorado, around the theme of the Foundation Stone Meditation.
