To us, the nine Beatitudes may seem like riddles in a foreign language, or impossibly idealistic. But they can be powerful pointers for re orientation, for connecting with the activity of the Christ in these dark seeming times.

In this talk and conversation, we’ll ask: how do we put these into practice? We’ll start on a psychological or soul level, rather than with more traditional religious language.

GREGOR SIMON MACDONALD is a retired therapist, with a long term interest in the Gospels and in contemporary spiritual practice.
