Breaking free of old unwanted patterns of action–reaction in your relationships A powerful meditative approach that can be used right in the moment to help you stay centered, balanced, and calm when people around you are emotionally disoriented and “pushing your buttons.”
And while it will certainly offer support to parents, it will also explore how we can stay balanced and clear when difficulties and stress arise in the workplace with colleagues, with extended family and friends, and of course with our life partners.
And what is particularly thrilling is that we will be able to be in person again, at long last, at the Menla Retreat Center to facilitate an in-person weekend workshop on Emotional Self-Regulation. (Menla is a long-standing and famous retreat center in the Catskill Mountains, a couple of hours north of New York City.)
