Bernd Ruf, author of Educating Traumatized Children and founder of an international crisis intervention center in Germany, returns to Wilton, NH, in July 2-7, 2023, to continue his program of emergency pedagogy. This course will build upon last summer’s overview of trauma and offer further insights into human developmental psychology. Acute versus pedagogical intervention in children 0-7, 7-14, and 14-21 will be outlined, and each stage of human development will include themes that address that particular biographical timeframe with its challenges and pathways for healing.
