A Concert for Peace

Jazz and Classics for Change (JCFC.info or www.jazzandclassicsforchange.org) is a non profit organization that is dedicated to connect and to heal through music in our changing world. We work out of anthroposophy and we bring the highest caliber of musicians to our audiences in Columbia County (NY) and the Berkshires (MA).

We offer public concerts and an outreach program or Music in Action to those who cannot come to our concert halls, such as adults and young adults with special abilities, seniors in assistant living homes, and children of incarcerated parents.

The chamber concert on September 9 will open with the majestic Adagio from Brahms’ Piano Quartet in G minor. It will be followed by Speigel Im Speigel by Arvo Pärt, and will conclude by the grand Double Cello Quintet by Schubert.
