JANUARY PUBLIC WORKSHOP WITH MICHAEL LIPSON
Human flourishing depends on our being actively related, in companionship, in touch. (Meanwhile the abusive person or situation always wants to get you alone or make you feel alone.) In this workshop, we’ll practice some of the arts of relatedness: with the natural world, with the man-made or human-altered environment, with other human beings, and with the energetic or subtle environment. In every case, this means changing how we perceive and know.
Materials Needed:
Please have on hand a small, simple rock or stone – not something with sentimental meaning, and nothing too beautiful. No crystals; no polished rocks. A piece of gravel is fine.
Each workshop on Zoom includes small group exercises and reflections shared in the full group. We will use artistic and imaginative exercises to open up biographical experiences. And, as always, we will practice listening deeply.
Our monthly workshops are not recorded to respect the confidentiality of our participants. The cost for for our public workshops is on a sliding scale from $25.00 to $100.00. You will receive a Zoom link a day prior to the workshop.
