UNDERSTANDING THE LEVELS OF ESCALATION AND DE-ESCALATION WITH JESSICA HEFFERNAN ZIEGLER AND JOACHIM ZIEGLER
Conflict as an inevitable aspect of organizational life is a concept that most of us resignedly accept and then try our hardest to avoid. But what if we were trained in how to view conflict constructively? And shown how to use it as a valuable tool for effecting positive change in the workplace?
Working with Conflict as a Catalyst for Change in the Workplace is designed to do just that.
Through training provided by Sunbridge Collaborative Leadership facilitators Jessica Heffernan Ziegler and Joachim Ziegler, PhD, this two-part event will help you to:
- Understand what makes an organization “conflict capable”
- Learn how conflict can lead to innovative ideas and practices
- Develop the skills needed to use conflict to improve collegial relationships and group dynamics in your own school, business, or organization
You will leave with highly valuable insights, strategies and enthusiasm for your work ahead.

The second workshop will involve participants tackling real-world workplace conflicts using information covered in detail in the first workshop.
Each workshop (January 5-6 and March 22-23) takes place in a synchronous online classroom
Friday evening: Zoom session runs from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm ET
Saturday: Zoom sessions run from 10:30 am-12:00 pm and 12:30-2:00 pm ET
