In this engaging 5-day workshop, Cynthia Hoven will offer eurythmy, lectures, and conversations on this most urgent question of our age. Through daily eurythmy and a series of lectures, we will work on developing our own health-enlivening eurythmy practice.

Cynthia Hoven is a eurythmy teacher, performer, and therapist, as well as engaging lecturer on the living wisdom of anthroposophy. She spent over 30 years teaching as a full-time faculty member of Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks, California. A world traveler, she has offered courses online and around the world, focusing most recently on contemporary human issues in countries as diverse as Dubai, China, Guatemala, and Bali. Her work focuses on bringing the living content of both eurythmy and anthroposophy together in engaging modular workshops.
