In this weekend workshop, we will concentrate on working with a Rudolf Steiner verse from 1924 along with an archetypal eurythmy form, eurythmy soul moods, and gestures. We will work between the polarities of front space and back space, the soul moods of inwardness and joy, and inner light versus outer light to nurture breathing and balance within ourselves.
