How can we experience and bring to visibility the qualities of warmth and light through the art of eurythmy as essential aspects of the creative and healing processes?

In the outer cold and darkness of the winter, we can cultivate a relationship to the elements of warmth and light as movements within and around us.

In the first three classes, we will explore inner and outer warmth and light as we move with copper rods and balls and extend that activity into the space beyond ourselves in collaboration with others.

All levels of experience are welcome!
