Grigory Smirnov is a composer and pianist, whose music has been performed worldwide in major venues, such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Tanglewood Festival, Moscow Philharmonic Hall, and the Goetheanum. As a regular pianist for the Eurythmy Spring Valley Ensemble and School, he frequently performs both in Chestnut Ridge, NY, and on tours across the United States. Besides concert works, he has composed music for the Ensemble’s tour programs and other eurythmy performances. Originally from Siberia, Russia, Grigory Smirnov received his Master of Music degree at The Juilliard School in New York in 2011, and has been living and working in the United States ever since.
