Goetheanum Social Sciences Section Work Worldwide

ONLINE ZOOM CONFERENCE

In the course of the (German spoken) parrallel annual section meeting in Dornach, a room will also be given for a meeting of our worldwide co-workers and members – i.e. for those who, for various reasons, can’t make it for Dornach. This is one of the positive lessons we learned during the pandemic: that we don´t need to travel to meet – at least via the internet. Thus, you are warmly invited to an online meeting.

The Zoom Call in English will take place within the conference at the Goetheanum. This meeting shall build up on last year’s encounter and strengthen our common endeavor. According to our understanding: The Social Sciences Section is not just at the Goetheanum in Dornach. The section is worldwide. It lives through the inner work and the striving, connection and cooperation of a growing number of free individuals around the world with the wish of working together on the basis of anthroposophy to understand, meet and – if possible – contribute to the solution of the urgent social questions of our time.

4.45 – 5.30 pm CET: Break / unmoderated Encounter with other Section Members worldwide
5.30 – 7.00 pm CET: Section Work Worldwide & Closing

This time we will have 90 minutes for our section work worldwide. We would be happy if we could get an impression and understanding of how the situation is in each of the places, how the groups and individuals organize their work under the present circumstances, what new questions, insights, aims and approaches might come out of this time and what we/you see as important for the future.
