From Our Future, the Foundation Stone Meditation Calls–Change!

The necessity to understand and unlock mysteries of our outer and inner perceiving of reality grow as we mature in the depths of our karma experienced through destiny events. Like the transformation of the First Goetheanum through fire becoming the “Stone of Love,” we become the substance of our true being as disciple and co-worker with the beings of the higher mysteries. Once hidden in our constitution, gradually through the very destruction and then transformation of identity we have grown to depend upon, we also reveal the substance of the living love hidden within. This series explores aspects of the rhythms of the Foundation Stone Meditation from the house of the “Living Word” to the “Foundation Stone of Love” laid in our hearts: the Temple of the New Mysteries.

Christina Sophia strives to bring forth understanding of underlying mysteries in the Foundation Stone Meditation and its rhythms. Throughout her destiny, she has led a host of community initiatives based in Spiritual Science including the founding of Waldorf schools, the Seattle Christian Community, study groups, and festivals. Since her youth, as a student of medicine and meeting the writings of Rudolf Steiner, Dr. Sophia has been working as an educator, healer, researcher, and writer. She is currently interim president of the Seattle Branch of the Anthroposophical Society. She also serves on the board of the Christian Community of Washington State and the Carrying Group. Dr. Sophia has an online therapeutic practice of Integral Soul/Spiritual Psychology serving patients worldwide.
