With a full cast performance, directed by Barbara Renold, on Saturday, October 4, 2025, the play can be attended individually or as part of the conference.

Rudolf Steiner’s mystery dramas bring together theater arts and the modern initiation path. Steiner portrays the unfolding destinies of a group of karmically connected individuals on a path of development. This is not an intellectually worked out plotting of fictional characters nor an instruction about the general laws of karma, but a realistic portrayal of a group of individuals working out their destinies together. Deepen and enhance your experience of the play in an intensive weekend conference.

The conference prepares attendees to fully participate in the theatrical performance both cognitively and somatically. The cognitive preparation entails working toward an understanding of the archetypal initiation pictures portrayed through the play. Somatically, we encounter the subjective experience of the characters’ encounter with their own particular path toward the spirit.

Most importantly, the event will create a community of seekers embarking on this path towards the spirit together. We will utilize lectures, eurythmy, acting, speech formation, visual arts, and the art of conversation as activities toward our inner-development.
