Equanimity in the Breath

SUMMER 2024 ON DEMAND ONLINE FOUNDATIONAL COURSE

The course is an on-demand course. Meaning that the main lessons are pre-recorded. Ideally, you watch one or two lessons a week over 3 months. The beauty of this is that you have the ability to stop and start each lesson for deeper understanding.

Included in the course:

• 12 pre-recorded main lessons, to watch at a time that is convenient for you.
• Four Group Community sharing times live online for one hour June 24th, July 8th, July 22nd, August 5th live.
• Three private 45-minute lessons, to be scheduled over the months of June, July, and August.

A link to the lesson calendar for scheduling your three sessions will be available to you on the confirmation page after you register.

All private one-on-one lessons should be scheduled at least two weeks apart and be completed by September 1st. With 24 hours notice, provisions can be made for rescheduling as needed through out the three months.

If you can’t find times in the private lesson calendar that work for your time zone, please email Shannon and we can arrange some times that work for you.

After you register you will receive a link to a google document that has everything listed to access the lessons and the calendar to schedule your three private lessons.
