Exploring the Nature Mood Sketches of Rudolf Steiner

ARTEUM Watercolor Painting Workshop: Painting with Hans Schumm, Eurythmy with Cliff Venho

In this workshop we will attempt to immerse ourselves into the inner nature of the colors. Without copying, we will try to re-create some of the sketches (Sunrise, Sunset, Moon Phases, Seasonal Trees), each of which contains its own, individual color sequence. We will explore how applying this color sequence will lead to revealing the motif. The sketches were created between May and October 1922, and were originally meant to serve as a training path for painters.

Beginning and experienced painters are welcome.
