AN EXPERIENTIAL STUDY OF PLANTS THROUGHOUT THE GROWING SEASON
We will form a supportive community of growing in our understanding and wonder of the plant world through engaging with our senses and inner imaginations. We’ll anchor or study through each choosing one plant to follow throughout the season and gather the context through also engaging with the diversity of plants that surround us. We’ll work artistically with our experience through writing, drawing, painting, sound, and movement. This course is for anyone with curiosity towards plants and the natural world. No prior experience necessary.
Tuesdays, 6-7 pm, June 7 – October 4, at the Free Columbia Gardens
Recommended contribution per person, for the series, to support future work:
$200 (sliding scale $0 – $300)

Participants are strongly encouraged to make a commitment to the whole season, if possible, to experience the whole evolution of a plant and grow in community with one another. If this is not possible for you, and you’d like to join for individual or multiple sessions, you are still welcome.
